My focus is to help and support individual adults, couples and adolescents through challenging times. These challenges may include feelings of anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, relationship issues, communication difficulties, grief and loss, substance abuse and recovery, self- esteem issues, trauma, and personal growth.
I received a BA in Biology from UC Berkeley, and an MS in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University. I did Post-Graduate work at Family Service Agency of Marin. In my practice there, I worked with individual adult, adolescent, children, couples and groups. I have been a Clinical Supervisor at Community Institute for Psychotherapy as well as Fusion Academy. In addition, I saw clients under the auspices of Marin Therapy Center in Kentfield before opening my private practice. I am a member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology.
I find therapy to be an engaging, relational, and compassionate process. My goal is to effectively help clients break patterns that impair their relationships, health, work and goals.
I offer a free telephone consultation, so please call, I can help. If I cannot help you directly, I use many resources and many years of experience to steer you on a path to wellness.
